Decent but not great,
It gave a good overview of a handful of concepts that you can consider that might help you reduce your taxes. But for the most part it tells you to start a business that you are passionate about and hire a CPA to help you figure out the rest of the details. For $10 it was not bad but not great.

|Really? I think this should only be a starting text, and should be classified as fiction.,
First, this reads similar to a screenplay written for commercial purposes. It is written as if it is a summary of real events. Doubt it.
Although there are some correct bits of tax advice, there are bits that are dangerous:
1. IRA’s if invested in an asset that generates UBTI have their own tax problems. No mention of that.
2. The author suggests repeatedly that any expense incurred by a business can be deducted. The tax code requires, and the IRS enforces that the expense be necessary. Trying to deduct everything may generate a claim of fraud by the IRS upon audit.
3. The authors statements that real estate is the ultimate business is just trying to sell product. Just ask all those who did so in San Diego, Phoenix, and Las Vegas since 2006.

|Great book, very easy to understand.,
I really liked this book, especially because every chapter has a review. The book is not a boring story just stating laws, it’s actually about the author. It was not confusing at all, the reason I also like it because at the end it puts the two major corporations versus. CORP C VS. CORP S and I wanted to find out for myself the differences. It’s very helpful and now I plan to hire a CPA to help with my taxes instead of doing them myself. I do not want to lose more strategies to save money on our the most expensive cost of our lives, WHICH ARE TAXES. Get this book, you will not regret it. It also has diagrams drawn for visual people.
